Co-FounderA graduate of the University of Cambridge, Hilary has lived in four countries, trekked across cultures, and even hiked Rim to Rim in the Grand Canyon in a single day. Whether she’s on a mountaintop, a stage, or in a boardroom, she brings boundless energy, unshakable presence, and the deep belief that vulnerability is a superpower, not a liability.
Hilary partners with Fortune 200 companies to elevate talent, ignite leadership, and build cultures of trust and bold alignment. She is a self-declared "Energizer Bunny" for purpose and possibility—watching people light up when they reconnect to their own potential is her favorite part of the job. Hilary is also a Master Facilitator for The Virtues Project™ and President Elect for National Speakers Association SoCal.

With over 25 years of experience in higher education, customer service, and training, Sonja Montiel (MA Ed) is known for her ability to quickly identify the root causes of leadership and team challenges within companies and organizations. She is a Positive Intelligence mental fitness coach and certified facilitator for The Virtues Project™.
Sonja's expertise supports leadership and departments through one-to-one coaching, team development training, and talent planning and development strategies, where thoughtful concise action plans accelerate human potential within their organization.
Sonja serves as Membership Chair for PIHRA and is engaged in her community as a board member for Conejo Schools Foundation, VP of Parent Engagement for The Center Parent Network, and ambassador of education for AwareNow Magazine. She writes regularly for the national publication, LINK for Counselors and AwareNow.
